For two months only, Monomono presents a Nikkei Journey across land and sea through three limited-time creations crafted by our chefs.

  • Bife – Striploin tataki with tosazu dressing, Nikkei pesto, quinoa pop, green chili, and truffle oil.
  • Pescado Macho – Roasted barramundi with arroz a lo macho, aji panca, lemongrass leek sauce, asparagus, and carrots.
  • Buri – Tuna aburi with aji amarillo tiger's milk, oyster sauce, charred avocado and baby corn, shiso furikake, red chili, and spring onion.
