JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duty Engineering (Building) s expected to be responsible for : 

  • Planning & executing building maintenance, include public area.
  • Planning & executing building renovation / improvement.
  • Analysing problem and solve until root causes.
  • Being main person in charge in Project.
  • Making sure all building contracts & other compliances is fulfilled timely (included Environmental)
  • Budget planning
  • Engaging & working well with Vendor and inter department. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a reputable University
  • At least 3 years experience in Building operation, maintenance & improvement / renovation.
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong in analytical skill
  • Have a good & positive attitude.
  • Able to work on weekends / holidays if needed
  • Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software & other software skills 
     

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible to assist the Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve target. This includes:
  • Coordinating with Brand Manager in developing marketing plan and budget.
  • Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities.
  • Conduct marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness.
  • Assist in developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
  • Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.
  • Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
  • Plan & manage social media. 
  • Maintaining relationship with Press & Media. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

  • At least 2 years experience in the same position at a 5-star hotel
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Creative and has a learning attitude. 
  • Familiar with social media platform.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Learning & Development Manager responsibilities include:
  • Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs
  • Review individual and organizational development needs
  • Organize e-learning coursesŁ« workshops and other trainings
  • Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
  • Organize hiring and training activities

Utilize specialist skills to provide high-quality therapeutics massage, beauty treatment and other types of wellness therapies which offer the highest level service to customers and maintain Health and Safety aspects of spa.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum od 2 years experience in a 5-star hotel spa environment.
  • Diploma in physiotherapy or certificate in massage/spa therapy.
  • Agile & creative.
  • Have good communication & customer service skills.
