JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Graphic Designer will work with the Senior Graphic Designer to:

  • create visual text and imagery concepts, by hand or using computer software.
  • develop layout and production design for campaigns posters, signage, advertisement, etc, as per Brand Guideline

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

  • At least 2 years experience in the same position at a 5-star hotel

  • Proficient in spoken and written English

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Computer fluency in Mac and PC

  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles

  • Multimedia content development highly desired

  • Photography skills highly desired

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible to assist the Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target. This includes:

  • Coordinating with Brand Manager in developing marketing plan and budget.
  • Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities.
  • Conduct marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness.
  • Assist in developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
  • Maintain guest relationship programs.
  • Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.
  • Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Some of the main duties of a Chef de Partie includes:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
  • Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
  • Preparing meat and fish.
  • Assisting with the management of health and safety.

Specifically for this role, we would like to meet those whose specialty is in Japanese dishes.

Bartenders, or Mixologists, mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests. Their duties include verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, cleaning glasses and bar utensils.

Waiter/Waitress responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties, and collecting the bill.
